Meet Stephanie Abigale Sam, a holistic health coach who has used her personal struggles with her health and healing journey to lead her to the career field as a health coach. Sam now helps others find healing with her holistic approach.

As a health coach, her journey began with a personal struggle. It all began in 2010, when she was prescribed medication for acne, which led to liver damage, hair loss, weight gain, depression, and eventually, a pseudo brain tumor.

“I began losing my memory, going further into depression and I went from a size 6 shoe to a size 8 shoe. I had no idea my brain was swelling,” said Sam.

She adds that in the beginning of 2013, she started losing her vision but the doctor told her the blood tests are normal then referred her to an endocrine specialist who she could only book an appointment within 6 months.

@stephanie_abigale_sam This is my story. I survived death twice. my bad diet got me into that situation but a good diet healed me. Today I specialize in meal planning for my clients for weightloss and reversing chronic issues. #fyp #foryoupage #organhealth #gutissues #wellness #holisticmedicine #meals #recipes #guide #cancer #chronic #insulin #diabetes #pressure #hormonalimbalance #gutissues #healing #liverfailure ♬ original sound - STEPHANIE ABIGALE SAM

Despite doctors’ claims that her blood tests were normal, her mother intervened, using food as medicine to reverse her symptoms.

Her mother eliminated inflammatory foods and made sure she moved her body through dancing at Zumba classes and walking.

She prepared steamed vegetables, protein and gave her lots of water and smoothies and vegetable juice. Within a year every symptom Sam had, reversed and 11 years later she’s still tumor free.

After recovering, she contracted hepatitis A in 2019, which led to liver failure. Again, her mother's holistic approach helped her recover. These experiences sparked her interest in health and wellness, leading her to pursue a career as a health coach.

“I later discovered that after liver failure, I ended up with every digestive issue known to man. After reversing many of those issues and learning how to manage those autoimmune conditions, it led me to continue pursuing health and wellness as a career,” she said.

Her approach focuses on wholesome foods, detox and drainage treatments, iridology, and teaching clients to listen to their bodies. She offers personalized meal planning, health coaching programs, and treatments tailored to each client's unique needs.

In the video below, Sam explains how she uses iridology to help her clients.

@stephanie_abigale_sam iridology is an underrated tool but one of the most accurate and effective tools. you should have a reading at least once in your life. #foryoupage #fyp #iridology #guthealth #healing #insulin #weight #fatloss #cortisol #iridologyreading #durban #trending #weightloss #tiktoksa ♬ original sound - STEPHANIE ABIGALE SAM

Her personal journey allows her to empathize with clients on a deep level as she knows how it feels when one reaches their wits end. She also shares health tips with her TikTok audience.

Sam's healing method is based on her Christian faith and the belief that God created man from the earth, which means people should source their food from the earth.

As a health coach, her personal experiences with illness, combined with her qualifications in anatomy, physiology, mental health coaching, and iridology, set her apart.

“I've been through enough sickness to sit down with anyone and help them find a solution. What sets me apart is that I am results-driven. I am a natural problem solver,” she adds.

She shares that her clients have seen significant improvements in their health, including reversing diabetes, arthritis, and chronic pain due to her methods.
