Easiest Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
2 cups flour
4 eggs
2½ cups Nutella
125g chocolate malt puffs (Whispers/Chuckles)
Method
Combine the eggs and the flour.
Add Nutella
Pour into a lined baking tray and bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
Set aside to cool. Decorate with the chocolate malt puffs.
Orange And Chocolate Bread And Butter Pudding
Ingredients
6 slices of white bread
butter
cinnamon
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup sugar
2 eggs
dark chocolate (60g)
almonds
1 orange
Method
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Butter the bread on both sides and cut into cubes.
Layer the bread across an oven proof dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
In a jug mix the milk, sugar and eggs until combined well.
Grate the dark chocolate and rind of the orange, adding it to the milk mixture.
Gently pour the milk mixture into the dish.
Press the bread down into the milk mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
400g dark chocolate
1 x 385g can condensed milk
100g salted butter
150g icing sugar, sifted
Method
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place into a small saucepan over low heat.
Add the condensed milk and butter. Add the icing sugar and combine until melted.
Pour into the lined tin and chill for 60 minutes.
Slice and serve.
