MICHAEL LACHIMIAH
DIRECTOR Vignesh Shivan has offered Kollywood movie fans a gem of a movie that will leave you well satiated after the screening.
How does a guy with many insecurities - justified or not - handle a dual love relationship?
Rambo, played by Vijay, is a taxi cab driver by day and a club bouncer at night. He meets Khatija (Sanantha) one evening in the club and instantly falls in love with her. He thereafter meets an innocent and charming Kanmani (Nayanthara) and falls head over heels in love with her too.
Vignesh proves his mettle as an accomplished director by presenting this complex love story on screen. The viewer is immediately drawn to the characters of Rambo, Kanmani and Khatija.
The movie is light-hearted and believable. The music by Aniruth takes the movie to another level. He is getting to be the master of his trade.
The cinematography by Vijay Kartik Kannan and SR Kathir needs special mention as the camera angles, lighting and colour palettes are pleasing to the eye.
The supporting actors have played their roles with aplomb.
KRK is a rom-com, a light- hearted movie that is not to be missed. It is a movie that will have you riveted for two and a half hours.
