Sekhukhune United head coach Lehlohonolo Seema has explained why former Kaizer Chiefs player Njabulo Ngcobo has been missing in action for 'Babina Noko' in recent months.
The former PSL Defender of the Year joined Sekhukhune United ahead of the new season after being released by the Phefeni Glamour Boys last season. His signing was seen as a significant boost for the Limpopo-based outfit.

However, he has not made the impact that many of the club's loyal fans had hoped for since joining. Since the season began, Ngcobo has only appeared five times across all competitions for the club.
Seema has revealed that 'Roadblock' as he is affectionately known to South African football fans has not featured for the club because he is currently injured.
"There are also other players that you haven’t seen. You haven’t seen [Njabulo] Ngcobo for some time. But he is also injured. You also have not seen some players that are still there," Seema said, according to FarPost.
"So, they are waiting for their chance. We have a squad that gives us a headache, or we are spoilt for choice. So, every time we put together a team, we put together a team that deserves to play.
"Everyone knows now that you have to work hard in order to [get a chance]. Once the technical team is convinced enough and you are ready to come and contribute, you will see the players that will come in.
“The season is still long, so everybody is still in our books and expect to see the rotation in future and the players will be there. So don’t worry, they are still our players.”
