The Cricket SA 1-Day Cup is overflowing with runs after the Titans amassed a mammoth 440/5 in just 43 overs against the Warriors at Centurion on Sunday.

But it's not just the boys in sky blue that are piling on the runs. We take a look at the leading performers with the willow after five matches.

1. Jacques Snyman (Knights)

Runs: 290, Ave:58, HS: 160, SR: 117.40, 100s: 1, 50s: 1

The Knights opener lit up the Bullring on Saturday with a career-best 160 off just 118 balls (12x4, 8x6). Snyman pulverised a strong Lions attack to push the Knights up to 292/7 in just 39 overs. The powerful right-hander, who has played a solitary T20I for the Proteas, pyrotechnics at the top of the order has propelled the Knights to second position on the log.

2. Jon-Jon Smuts (Dolphins)

Runs: 285, Ave:57, HS: 71, SR: 98.9, 100s: 0, 50s: 4

Another strongly-built batter at the top of the order, Smuts has been the epitome of consistency. Four half-centuries in five innings - the other score was 43 - by Smuts has helped the Dolphins lift themselves out of a real spot of bother as the coastal side was flirting with relegation. The veteran would though be disappointed with his conversion rate and will now doubt be eager to register a three-figure score in the remaining matches.

3. Dian Forrester (Knights)

Runs: 282, Ave: 94, HS: 123*, SR: 112.35, 100s: 2, 50s: 0

The find of the season for the Knights. The 24-year-old allrounder has shown plenty of potential and is certainly enjoying his time in Division 1. Successive unbeaten centuries against the Warriors and Western Province has set up his season and he, and the Knights, will hope the left-hander can continue his form as the competition heads into the business end.

4. Lhuan-dre Pretorius (Titans)

Runs: 279, Ave: 69.75, HS: 120, SR: 126.81, 100s: 2, 50s: 0

Undoubtedly the hottest talent in South African cricket right now. Pretorius has transferred his excellent Betway SA20 form and simply continued in the CSA 1-Day Cup. After striking his maiden List A century against Western Province at Newlands, Pretorius followed it up with another 69-ball 107 (11x4, 7x6) against the Warriors. There is simply no stopping Pretorius at the moment, and it will not be long before he joins his good mate Kwena Maphaka in the green and gold.

5. Jordan Hermann (Warriors)

Runs: 226, Ave: 56.50, HS: 148*, SR: 84.32, 100s: 1, 50s: 1

The younger of the Hermann brothers, Jordan is enjoying a fantastic season across formats. A talent that is destined for higher honours sooner rather than later, the stylish left-hander may just be seeking greater consistency after falling away in the last few games. His form is imperative for the Warriors, who are currently in third position, to maintain their push for the playoffs.
