Actor Abdul Khoza and Olwethu Leshabane among faces joining ‘My Brother’s Keeper’

Mzansi Magic’s hit telenovela “My Brother’s Keeper” has added new faces to its star studded cast.

Multi-award winning actor Abdul Khoza joins the cast of “My Brother’s Keeper” as Zembe, a smooth, respectable businessman who at the flip of a switch can get really ruthless. He’s all about those "protection fees" and getting to the top by any means necessary.

Khoza is no stranger to dominating the screen with unforgettable roles in “Shaka Lembe", “The Wife”, and “Isibaya”. His extraordinary portrayal of the roles have earned him top recognition amongst viewers, with him being hailed as one of the best.

“A GOAT🐐 has entered the chat! @abdul_khoza brings much-needed chaos to the Mshengu household. Portraying Zembe – a smooth, respectable businessman who is all about the protection fees,” announced the channel on social media.

Media entrepreneur Olwethu Leshabane has also been announced as an addition to the cast, while rising Mzansi screen star Unathi Platyi also joins the cast. Platyi is steadily making his way up the ranks, he has appeared on “Blood Psalms” and “The Queenstown Kings”.

Tumi Maretele, Mlungisi Ndebele, Aramis Ngwenya and Sello Ramolahloane also join the cast.

The Rhythm World Productions, is in its second season, will be concluded in April 2025, despite it being a viewer favourite and achieving more than half a million viewers.

“My Brother’s Keeper", riveting storyline centers around the no-nonsense family patriarch Mshengu (Lindani Nkosi) and the comical misadventures of brothers Donga (Sdumo Mtshali) and Nqubeko (Wiseman Mncube).
